Juicy and fall off the bone roasted chicken with crispy skin. This one is for the garlic lovers out there.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in a covered cook pot.
  3. Scatter the peeled garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs around the chicken.
  4. Drizzle the melted ghee over the chicken and garlic.
  5. Cover the pot with its lid and place it in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
  6. After 60 minutes, remove the lid and baste the chicken with the melted ghee.
  7. Place the pot back in the oven and continue roasting for another 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  8. Remove the pot from the oven and let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
  9. Serve the roasted chicken with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted veggies or a fresh salad. Leftovers can also be used to make delicious sandwiches or wraps for a quick and easy lunch. Enjoy!
