Eating better is the most sustainable way to lose weight and feel good for life. No breaking news there, right? So why aren’t we all doing it? 

Well there are a few reasons, firstly there is so much conflicting information out there on nutrition and exercise, that it's hard to know what really works. Secondly, we live in a time where everything is instantaneous. We want results, but we wanted it yesterday. We are always looking for the 'Magic pill' that is going to transform us into a Victoria Secret's model.

Unfortunately no such pill exists! And no amount of lemon water first thing in the morning is going to "melt away" your fat, unless you make some changes to your daily nutrition and lifestyle.

I take a more functional approach to help you reach your goals, with accountability to help keep you on track. It's time to address the issues that are preventing you from reaching your goal and to provide you with the necessary support and information that will support your well-being and health objectives.

My Strategy focuses on nutrition and lifestyle choices based around low insulin inducing eating styles, as a way to managing hunger, cravings & energy.
